The fact that over 25% of people are unable to talk with friends and family about their mental health due to fear of stigma, shame, and embarrassment is perhaps one of the biggest barriers to creating a society that is better equipped to care for and treat mental health issues.

One of the first steps towards removing the stigma surrounding mental health is simultaneously the most simple and the most challenging: talking to one another. Which is, in essence, the core point of this Project; creating a dialogue across the globe. These conversations will then be made available in a zine (think small, independent magazine).

80% of money raised will be going directly to various Mental Health charities across the UK, including Mind and Together UK. 20% will go directly towards producing a zine documenting the conversatons surrounding mental health we have had along the journey, which will then be sold to raise more funds for the chosen charities.
